Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommended American Eagle Fence for anyone needing a reliable fence installation or repair. Five stars all around to Gatlin, Colby, and the crew for their absolute professionalism and superior results. You couldn’t ask for a nicer and harder working bunch of guys! I had a lot of custom requirements for my new wooden fence, and they made sure they understood exactly what I wanted because they really cared about me as the customer and made me their priority!! They provided top-tier craftsmanship, professional and frequent communication, and outstanding customer service from start to finish. Gatlin, Colby, and their team arrived on time, worked hard, and completed the entire installation much faster than expected (there’s something you don’t see often!!). They left their worksite clean and hauled away all the trash! Pricing was fair and transparent! American Eagle Fence exceeded my expectations (and I’m a tough customer!! Haha!)! They were so great, I hired them to come back two weeks later to assemble my new pergola and they knocked it out very quickly and with equal fervor and professionalism! Thanks AEF!!! Can’t wait to do my next project with you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. American Eagle Fencing was great to work with throughout the whole installation process. We had a water table problem in our yard, but with American Eagle Fencing they didn’t have problems, they only had solutions. With the heat index over 100 the installers always had a positive attitude.
We will definitely recommend American Eagle Fencing.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I was extremely impressed with the excellent customer service provided by Connor Gasaway with American Eagle Fence. We had an unusual problem with a large metal swing gate installed incorrectly at our home. Connor came and looked at the gate, and then had a fabrication specialist, Gatlin, come out to observe the problem first hand. They developed a unique solution to resolve the issue at a very reasonable cost. I highly recommend American Eagle Fence!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We absolutely love our board on board privacy fence! 🙂 The crew arrived on time (actually 10 minutes early!), and were very courteous and professional. A special thank you to the Project Manager, Steve Collins for taking the time to meet us on a Saturday morning to review the quote and measurements 🙂 We highly recommend American Eagle Fence, excellent customer service and quality workmanship! (Review from 2018)

The staff at American Eagle Fence are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated to excellent customer service. They installed our original board on board fence in 2018. Due to moisture build up from old leaves and pine straw a few areas of the bottom section of the fence rotted. 😢 We called American Eagle Fence for a quote. Dakota called us to schedule an estimate within a week. We were afraid that we may need to replace sections of our fence. Dakota suggested replacing the bottom boards with marine grade lumber. The quote was fairly priced and the service team was amazing. Gatlin was the project team lead and he came out the day before installation to measure and make sure they had everything needed. The installation/repair crew, Nic and Jon did a great job. They were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to install the marine grade bottom trim, making our fence sturdy and it looks 100% better! We would highly recommend American Eagle Fence for new installations or repairs. No job is too big or too small.

Follow your project from start to finish

Our fence installation process

From project initiation through final payment, American Eagle Fence follows an organized process designed to keep your installation properly reviewed, planned, coordinated, and inspected.

Phase 1: Initiation

Your new project begins! Thank you for choosing American Eagle Fence—we’re excited to help bring your plans to life.

Phase 2: Review

Your project manager reviews the complete project scope, required materials, and important action items. This review may take up to three business days. Once the project is ready for scheduling, a project manager will verify the necessary information and provide an anticipated start window.

Phase 3: Planning

After receiving your start window, our team begins preparing the materials, resources, and installation strategy for your project. We will keep you informed if the anticipated window changes.

Phase 4: Coordination

Approximately one to two weeks before installation, an assistant project manager will contact you to verify the information associated with your project. A supervisor will then coordinate a preliminary site walkthrough to review the scope and confirm the exact fence or project layout.

Phase 5: Execution

Your project is considered in progress from material delivery through the team’s quality-assurance review. Completion time will vary based on the project’s size, scope, and complexity.

Phase 6: Completion

After completing quality assurance, the team will conduct a final walkthrough to confirm that the project scope has been fulfilled and the property has been cleared of tools and project-related debris. Any concerns involving quantity, quality, or workmanship should be discussed during this inspection so they can be addressed. Following a successful walkthrough, the accounting team will contact you regarding the remaining account balance.
